The “Greek Breakfast” for the first time at Food Expo, March 16-18, 2019 at the Metropolitan Expo.
“Greek Breakfast”, one of the most important initiatives of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels for the promotion of our gastronomic heritage, as well as the promotion of the Greek tourist product in general, was hosted for the first time at the FOOD EXPO 16-18 March 2019 in Hall 2, Stand C27 – D34 of the Metropolitan Expo.
Visitors had the opportunity to taste genuine Greek products in a specially designed stand and to travel their senses through a large participation of producers from different regions of Greece while the gastronomic trip is completed through a rich program of live cooking actions by the chef, Stratos Iosefellis.
The chef Stratos Iosefellis, with years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine, as well as teaching as a certified trainer embarked on sugar and gluten free preparations as a lecturer at specialized seminars, as well as the selection of quality products by small producers, taking off the Greek Breakfast.
