For Greek Residents: 

The organizing company has sent via mail hardcopy barcode invitations to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to show at the entrance of the exhibition center. This invitation is valid for 2 people.

The organizing company has sent via sms / viber or newsletter a free admission code to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to show at the entrance to the exhibition center. This invitation is valid for 2 people and is personal.

Exhibitors will send  barcode online invitations to industry professionals to visit the exhibition, which they will have to display at the entrance to the exhibition centre. This invitation is valid for 2 people.

Professional visitors who do not have any of the above mentioned documents, can visit the exhibition for free by filling in an invitation after showing their business card or their business seal.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the data of the visitors who carry a barcode or electronic invitation.

Control of the invitations will be carried out when the visitors board the exhibition buses and also when they enter the exhibition center. The visitors that will come to the exhibition center with their own mean of transportation they will also get checked their invitation at the entrance of the exhibition center.

If you are an F&B professional with a valid professional VAT number and have not yet received your personal access code from the organizing company, please contact FORUM S.A. directly at +30 210 5242100 οr by filling the contact form at https://foodexpo.gr/en/contact/. By providing your details to the relevant department, your information will be verified and registered, and your access code for the trade show will be sent to you immediately.

Babies, children under the age of 12 and pets are strictly forbidden to enter the exhibition.

Upon entering and staying at the exhibition, the visitor must follow and apply the applicable health protocols and instructions of the Organizer.

For International Visitors: 

Access rules for Greek residents do not apply. International visitors can enter the exhibition by: 

Presenting a business card proving professional activity, or 

Purchasing a ticket if they are not industry professionals.

NOTICE: By entering the exhibition, you acknowledge and accept that, in the context of the event, you may be photographed, filmed and/or audio‑recorded. Your consent is presumed (also on behalf of any minors you may accompany) for the use of the above images, photographs and/or recordings by FORUM SA and its partners in any manner, and you waive any claim arising from the use of such material, which may include, indicatively, its publication, retransmission, and use for the promotion, advertising, showcasing, and presentation of the exhibition.
