The gastronomic wealth of the Mediterranean will be presented in an impressive event

The excellence and quality of the products of Greece and other Mediterranean countries will be highlighted through unique dishes created by acclaimed Greek and foreign chefs.

The leading event of the Mediterranean Gastronomy Forum, which every year takes place during FOOD EXPO trade show, at the specially designed stage in Hall 1, will aim once again during FOOD EXPO 2021 to highlight the unique culinary and nutritional value of Greek food and beverages, to confirm their dominant position in the Mediterranean food pyramid and to help further enhance the export prospects of Greek products on the world market.
Well-known chefs, having as their “tool” excellent products from every corner of Greece – as every year all the 13 Regions of Greece participate as exhibitors every year at FOOD EXPO– will showcase to Greek and international f&b professionals unique ideas in order to use all these products to upgrade the final product of their catering businesses and the menu of their restaurants.

Through interactive cooking demonstrations, Greek and foreign professionals from the wholesalers, distributors, organized retail, catering and hotels sectors will be able to discover a wide range of products from all over Greece while will be confirmed the role of Greek gastronomy as an important vehicle for promoting exports.
