34,978 visitors from Organized Retail, Wholesale, Hotels, and Mass Catering, both from Greece and other countries, came together at FOOD EXPO 2025. These professionals had the opportunity to discover more than 50,000 high-quality and nutritionally valuable food and beverages from 1,300 exhibitors, to hold meaningful meetings with their representatives, and to close profitable deals. Visitors were also able to discover a wide variety of ethnic products at the booths of the 200 foreign participations.
The presence of 3,673 international visitors and 1,000 hosted buyers from 80 target markets, including the USA, Europe, China, and the United Arab Emirates, who held over 15,000 b2b meetings with exhibitors, created the ideal conditions for the development of the extroversion of Greek businesses participating as exhibitors.
It is worth noting that from every corner of Greece, more than 600 producers, who participated through organized participations from Regions, Chambers, and Municipalities, brought all the authentic flavors of the Greek land and impressed with their uniquely high-quality and gastronomically superior traditional products. Through their careful branding, they proved that they can stand worthily on the shelves of foreign businesses. The fact that visitors from the provinces recorded a significant number confirms the breadth of the commercial dynamism of the exhibition.

The participation of exhibiting companies from all over the world in FOOD EXPO 2025 highlighted once more the commercial effect that the trade show has on an international level. As the most important trade forum for the F&B industry in South Eas Europe, FOOD EXPO 2025 hosted more than 200 foreign exhibitors from over 30 countries, such as: Italy, Spain, Belgium, Turkey, China, Thailand, Vietnam, France, India, Ecuador, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Lebanon, Egypt, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Chile, Costa Rica, Lithuania, and many others.
Exhibitors were offered the opportunity to introduce their brand to the domestic market to expand their clientele, meet potential partners and make new contacts. Greek F&B wholesalers and retailers, trade representatives as well as foreign buyers were present to get an insight to the products showcased. Exhibitors also held B2B meetings with thousands of international visitors and key food traders (Hosted Buyer Program) from across the world.

OENOTELIA, with a wide range of the finest wines and premium spirits, met the demands of the wine market and once again emerged as a pivotal wine trade show.
During the exhibition, visitors attended excellent speeches and interesting seminars by market executives and representatives of industry bodies, receiving comprehensive updates on developments and new trends in the F&B sector. Additionally, the 1st International BEVERAGE SUMMIT in Greece was held with internationally renowned speakers who shared business insights, tips, knowledge, and opinions on innovations and prospects in the beverage sector.
At the same time, the gastronomic excellence and quality of Greek products were showcased through live cooking shows with the thematic title “The Greek Food Tour” held at the Mediterranean Food Stage, and of course, the Workshops & Seminars Stage hosted prominent figures in branding, F&B market executives, and discussions from industry bodies that not only informed professionals about developments but also inspired them.
