The 1,300 exhibitors, including 200 international participants, presented a world full of innovation, quality, and inspiration, showcasing more than 50,000 food and beverage products that highlighted the creativity and dynamism of the sector. The two stages and 70+ speakers and chefs brought ideas, trends, and gastronomic experiences to life, defining the pulse of the exhibition.

With 1,300 exhibitors from Greece and abroad, FOOD EXPO 2026 showcased an impressive range of products covering every aspect of the F&B sector. The parallel events program was once again rich and multidimensional. The specially designed Mediterranean Food Stage: GReek Origins highlighted the country’s gastronomic excellence through live cooking shows and presentations that combined tradition with modern techniques.
At the F&B Business Laboratory Stage, leading F&B executives, branding experts, and institutional representatives shared knowledge, experiences, and market forecasts, offering valuable insights to industry professionals.
Within the framework of FOOD EXPO, an important and multifaceted conference by the Panhellenic Confederation of Exporters also took place, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of the agri-food export sector. With the participation of government representatives, institutional bodies, and leading market executives, the discussion focused on strategies for strengthening Greek exports, available financial tools, risk management, and the importance of quality throughout the entire production and export chain.
