Building the FOOD EXPO brand globally

Our goal is, through a comprehensive and dynamic marketing campaign, to highlight the exhibition as the leading business meeting point for all food and beverage industry professionals in Greece and also to put it on the agenda of F&B brands and executives from all over the world.

FOOD EXPO has managed to establish itself as a strong exhibition brand for Food & Beverage industry, not only in Greece but also across Southeastern Europe. Aiming to highlight FOOD EXPO as the ultimate marketplace for the most successful deals in the Food & Beverage sector, we have formulated a carefully designed marketing plan for Greece and abroad, with a budget of €450,000, which includes:

TV AD: A two-week campaign on all public and private national channels, selected regional and private subscription channels.

RADIO AD: More than 2,000 radio spots will be aired for 2 weeks in the top 10 radio stations in the Region of Attica and 2 radio station in the region of Thessaloniki.

DIGITAL CAMPAIGN: Our 5-month digital marketing campaign includes Google display ads and search, social media, display ads and advertorials on business and news websites.

Advertising in print and online media: We promote the trade show with print ads and advertorials in b2b and b2c magazines addressed to F&B professionals and newspapers of high circulation. We also promote the trade show in the b2b magazines that the organizing company publishes (PSITO, AZ, Ambrosia, Snack & Coffee). 

Email Marketing: The exhibition communicates with its public, visitors and exhibitors, in Greece (47,000 recipients) and abroad (38,000 recipients in selected target countries) through a series of newsletters sent to executives of Organized Retail, Wholesale, Hospitality, Mass catering and the food and beverage industry in general.

SMS/VIBER Campaing: We send about 76,000 invitations via SMS/VIBER to professionals of the Greek F&B in order to attend the trade show for free.

Invitations: More than 65.000 F&B professionals will receive via mail or email marketing invitations in order to attend the trade show for free.
