An – once again – very successful 3-day event came to a close, with FOOD EXPO proving yet again that it is the top business forum for the F&B sector.
Another FOOD EXPO came to a close, involving impressive business agreements, both in terms of numbers and content, hundreds of satisfied exhibitors and thousands of excited visitors. After its conclusion, FOOD EXPO remains at the top as the largest food and beverage expo in Southeast Europe and sets the bar even higher for the future. Taking a first stock of their participation in FOOD EXPO 2023, exhibitors highlighted their excitement thanks to this year’s event level and the quality of visitors, while renewing their appointment with the upcoming 2024 Expo, slightly after the curtain of this 8th edition went down.
At the same time, an extremely high number of Greek and foreign visitors stated their full satisfaction regarding the range and quality of products, the special events program and the organization. The important synergies and contacts at a national and global level which were forged at this year’s event prove the huge potential of the Greek food and beverage sector and its significant contribution to the greek economy.

The new Regulation on packaging and packaging waste and the challenges for the Food & Beverage Industry were the subject of the event organized by SEVT on the Workshops & Seminars stage. See more here.
The Mediterranean Food Stage in Hall 1, hosted the Region of the Ionian Islands and the presentation of local recipes by Chef Manolis Rainakis. Next came the Chamber of Ilia with Chef Vassilis Karoubas, the Region of Thessaly with Chef Dimitris Kaliakis and the Live Cooking Shows from the Dodecanese and Cyclades Chefs Club. See more here.
