The trade show that covered the sector’s commercial requirements

Visitors expressed their great satisfaction with the huge range and quality of the products they discovered at FOOD EXPO 2023, as well as the large number of exhibitors, in a survey carried out by the organizing company.

The organizing company, always aiming to develop its exhibitions and improve them both in terms of the organizational level and the variety and quality of exhibitors and exhibits, carried out a survey, on a large and representative sample of 400 visitors, during the three days of the exhibition (March 18-20).

Where the decision makers are closing deals

Initially, the very large presence at FOOD EXPO 2023 – according to the survey – of visitors who are Business Owners (72%), or General Managers / Purchasing Managers / Commercial Managers (18%), gave the exhibition once again a huge commercial value, since their presence in it constitutes a necessary and decisive condition for the conclusion of commercial agreements. The fact that 45% answered that they visited the exhibition to learn about trends and new products, that 36% visited it to look for new suppliers, 10% to buy new products and an impressive 89% stated that they found the products they ware looking for, proves that FOOD EXPO is for its visitors, the leading exhibition for the sector, which satisfies with almost absolute completeness, their expectations, requirements and needs.

98% of the visitors declared satisfied with the overall organization of the exhibition

The survey data is revealing regarding the high degree of visitor satisfaction since 98% stated that they were satisfied to extremely satisfied with the exhibition and the overwhelming percentage of 98% of its visitors stated that they would visit the 2024 organization. Also, the commercial effectiveness of the exhibition was also very important, as according to the survey, 73% of the visitors stated that they intend to close commercial agreements with the exhibitors in the next six months. Also, a significant percentage of 37% stated that they closed agreements with the exhibiting companies during the exhibition. Finally, a very important element that emerged from the survey is the fact that 88% of the visitors who attended the cooking shows at the Mediterannean Food Stage found them extremely interesting, while 85% of those who attended the Workshops & Seminars stage were impressed by the topics that were analyzed but also with the speakers.
