This year’s Food Export Summit will be focused on the Singapore market, aiming to bring Greek Food and Beverage companies closer to the largest trading hub in Asia.
FOOD EXPO 2020, in collaboration with the Greek Exporters’ Association (SEVE), is once again supporting the export efforts of the Greek Food and Drink companies. Through the organization of the “Food Export Summit”, the trade show intends to build a bridge between the Greek F&B businesses and the Singapore market in order to lead them to successful exports.
The Food Export Summit will be held on Saturday, March 7 at the Workshop & Seminars stage (right after the trade show’s opening ceremony). Among the keynote speakers, Mr Panagiotis Hasapis, Executive Vice President of the Greek Exporters’ Association (SEVE), as well as major importers from companies based in Singapore, shall endeavor to shed light on this particular Asian market and the ways a Greek company can develop its business there. In addition, successful case studies of Greek companies that already export food and beverages in Singapore will be presented. At the same time, 20 major international food traders from Singapore will be present during the event and they will give their own insight on the market, while networking with executives from Greek F&B companies interested in exporting to Singapore.
The aim of the workshop is to acquire and/or update knowledge on export strategy planning, develop an F&B business strategy, while maintain and enhance their presence in the Singapore market.
The workshop will benefit all executives of the Greek Food and Beverage sector –from owners of production and manufacturing companies, to sales executives to export and marketing managers, etc.– as it will be addressing key export-related issues.
