FOOD EXPO 2019 visitors had the opportunity to become acquainted with the Panorama of Lebanese food & drinks as well as the country’s major F&B businesses.
As the 6th FOOD EXPO’s Partner Country, Lebanon and its agro-food products were putted in the spotlight, while some 70,000 of the fair’s Greek and international trade visitors –from wholesale, distribution, the organized retail, catering and hotels– were given the chance to explore the prospects for commercial cooperation with the Middle Eastern country’s leading Food & Beverage production and exporting companies and strike important trade deals.
10 major Lebanese businesses are present
The Lebanese national pavilion took up an area of 120 m2 in Hall 1 and hosted 10 of the leadingt Food & Beverage businesses of the country. As a result, FOOD EXPO trade visitors were therefore able to come into contact with companies which produce, export and market products mainly from the following categories: dried nuts, coffee, sweets and pastries, chocolate, lukum, wine, olive oil, fruit, and vegetables, and made profitable, face-to-face transactions that will help increase the competitiveness of their business.
