We are committed to providing you with a safe environment to do business, in accordance with all the health & safety guidelines. The exhibition will be delivered with strict standards of health & safety precautionary measures including social distancing, contactless transactions and hygiene protocols at all times.
1. What safety measures have been taken to protect exhibitors, visitors and staff during the trade show?
Special systems have been installed at all entrances of the exhibition center so that all visitors will have their body temperature measured before entering. At the same time, hand sanitizers will be available in multiple locations within the center, while all public areas and toilets will be continuously disinfected, with certified cleaning procedures. Finally, 2 metres social distance must be kept at all times and there will be real time monitoring of venue capacity. Clear signage of maximum capacity allowed at any one time will be displayed on both entrances of the exhibition center.
2. Are masks mandatory during the exhibition?
According to the latest government measures to limit the spread of coronavirus, the use of a mask is now mandatory for all visitors, exhibitors and staff in all areas inside and outside the exhibition center.
3. Can I find protective gloves / masks at the exhibition center?
Guests should bring protective mask and gloves by themselves.
4. What about the air conditioning system in the exhibition center?
The air conditioning units in public areas operate with 100% fresh air supply, without recirculation, offering coolness without any risk.
5. Is the use of toilets safe?
The toilets will be disinfected every 15 minutes, with certified cleaning procedures to protect visitors and employees.
