The largest wine trade fair in Greece, alongside FOOD EXPO Digital, impressed the industry professionals.
Oenotelia Digital, which took place in digital form, through the platform of FOOD EXPO, was held with great success. Dozens of digital visitors had the opportunity, for five days, to discover a wide variety of wine and spirits labels from 78 exhibitors and conclude lucrative trade deals.
From 14 to 18 June 2021, the premium b2b trade show for wine and spirits in Greece enabled producers and dealers of dozens of winemaking businesses to present their products online and contact more than 250 buyers from all over the world.
Through the custom made platform, Greek visitors and international wine buyers held 800 b2b meetings with exhibitors and exchanged 1,000 digital business cards, setting the base for a lot of future synergies.
It is worth noting that Oenotelia’s exhibitors and visitors will continue to have access to the digital platform for another six months, which will act as a directory and they will not be able to hold b2b meetings.
The success of the digital exhibition has created the need to establish it as an additional service of physical exhibition in the upcoming years. So, in 2022, in parallel with the physical presence of Oenotelia, a digital platform will operate again and will bring Greek and foreign buyers in contact again, who will not be able to visit it, with its exhibitors.
