The 900 hosted buyers will be selected using strict criteria and are owners of and major executives in large supermarket chains and minimarkets, traditional groceries and delicatessens, mass catering venues, hotels; and are also the owners of or chefs in restaurants serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. It is worth noting that these international visitors come mainly from 83 major target markets for Greek and Mediterranean food and beverages such as the United Arab Emirates, the U.S.A., China, India, Russia, Japan, Canada, the United States Brazil, but also several European states such as: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, etc.
